Ethical Upstander Training: Skills for Responding to Microaggressions

This training provides participants with tools to analyze common racial and gender microaggressions to understand why they are harmful and how they perpetuate bias against women of color. Participants will use Human In Common’s Calling In Template for respectfully and effectively dialoguing with those who are expressing bias in order to shift awareness and behavior, thereby creating more inclusive services and workplace cultures.
