SPRING into EQUITY 2022
Terms & Conditions

Training Participation

Human In Common trainings are designed to be sequential, interactive, and dynamic and require active participation. For this reason, participants are expected to arrive on time and remain on the Zoom platform and are strongly encouraged to keep their cameras on. Due to the sensitive nature of the training, we do not permit participants to record any portion of the trainings. To ensure a respectful learning environment, HIC reserves the right to remove participants from the training who exhibit threatening, disruptive, intimidating, and/or hostile behavior. Removed participants are not eligible for a refund.

Late Arrival

Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted. Participants who do not attend the first part of a training that is separated into multiple parts will not be admitted to later sections.

Late Registration

Registration for the 2022 Spring Into Equity trainings will close two days prior to the start of the training (for trainings with two parts, registration closes two days prior to the start of the first session). If the training has not yet started and you would like to attend, please email info@humanincommon.com. If there is space available, we will try to accommodate your request.

Reparations Policy

People of color who would like to attend our antiracism trainings at no cost may email their requests to: info@humanincommon.com

Cancelations must be made by email at least one week prior to the training date in order to receive a 50% refund. Cancelations made less than one week before the training date are not eligible for a refund. Participants unable to attend may transfer their paid registration to a colleague. Transfer requests must be made by email at least 24 hours before the start of the training and must include the transferee’s name, email address, and phone number.
