The mission of Human In Common is to support organizations in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion both in employment practices and client services. With a focus on data-driven Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) Standards assessments and developing CLAS Strategic Work Plans and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategic Plans, we provide the tools and expertise to help organizations address health inequities, improve workplace culture, and create respectful, inclusive environments for clients to actualize their full health potential.
